About Me

I got started in bike racing with the xXx Sherman Park Crit many years ago, but after a few years of road and crit racing, I fell into triathlons (I've completed 17+ Ironmans and 100+ triathlons since). I'm now work full-time as Head Endurance Coach for Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) as one of only about 200 USA Triathlon "Level 2" Certified Coaches in the US. I helped FFC get nationally recognized as the first and only USAT Certified Performance Center in Chicago - thanks in part to a really nice CompuTrainer indoor cycling studio and performance testing lab which has become xXx Racing's official health club partner.

I truly live the dream.  I love what I do, and I live to share my passion of cycling, running, swimming, and triathlon.  I have coached several charity training programs (Team Bright Pink, Team to End AIDS, etc.) and led FFC's TriMonster triathlon club to became USA Triathlon's 2014 CLUB NATIONAL CHAMPIONS.  I coach all levels of beginner up to elite - one of my top athletes even won the overall ITU WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and become a professional triathlete!
