Evanston Grand Prix 2008.

First Thing, for the record, I love this course..

High Speed, Technical corners in both directions..

but....what a mess, I feel fortunate to have stayed upright for this one..

All around me was absolute Carnage, I felt like I was in the eye of a Hurricane..as a clinic of bad bike handling was on display...

This was a race of Surges, Jumps, 20 minute delays and a 5 lap Drag Race to finish....My lungs were coming out my nose and my eyes were bleeding..

I felt absolutely horrible, I'm happy to have finished where I did..

The Highlights....

I'm waiting for the race to start...

Leonard looks at me and says..."What cha Think ?"

and I reply..."Hot...keep it Hot, Leonard"

and low and behold...."The Leonard-Bot 3000"

goes up front selflessly and sets a killer tempo from the jump,

stringing it out with two other xXx-ers in tow...

it was perfect...

I truly think one of the main reasons I made it thru this race safely

was the efforts of Sean, Davey and Leonard and there commitment to getting up front, Hammering and thinning the Herd..

I Thank You
